PRIORITIES FOR REDUCING, STORING OR ELIMINATING CSOs

Setting priorities for remediation of the City of Wilmington’s 40 combined sewer overflows (CSO) is an ongoing process. Though the CSO Task Force developed a prioritized list, it should be considered a “working list” only since budgetary, environmental and other fluid circumstances mean changes are likely from time to time.
